About Us

Specialist Support Built Around Complex Needs

Jasvelia is a family-owned Tasmanian disability support provider being built around people who may require a higher level of support, clinical capability or coordinated care.

Our approach brings together experienced Disability Support Workers, Enrolled and Registered Nurses, and Social Work capability to support participants with complex disability, behavioural, health and daily living needs.

We believe good support starts with understanding the individual, matching the right people to their needs and providing reliable support that promotes dignity, safety, choice and independence.

Benefits

Why Choose Jasvelia

A team built for participants with more complex needs

Some participants need more than standard disability support. Jasvelia is building a multidisciplinary team that brings together Disability Support Workers, qualified Nurses and Social Work expertise to support people with complex disability, behavioural, health and daily living needs.

We take the time to understand each participant’s goals, risks, preferences and support environment before matching them with the right people and level of support.

The Right Support Team

People matched to your individual needs

We carefully match participants with workers based on their support needs, personality, goals and circumstances. Where appropriate, this may include Disability Support Workers, Enrolled or Registered Nurses and Social Work involvement.

Complex Support Capability

Support for people who need more

Our team is being developed to support people with autism, ADHD, complex disability, behaviours of concern, significant health needs and higher levels of day-to-day support.

Person-Centred & Coordinated Care

Your choices remain at the centre

We respect each participant’s dignity, independence and right to make choices. Where needs are more complex, we work collaboratively with participants, families and other professionals to provide safe, coordinated and consistent support.

The Heart of Jasvelia

A multidisciplinary team built around individual needs

Jasvelia is developing a team that brings together Disability Support Workers, qualified Nurses and Social Work expertise.

Our aim is to provide participants with the right combination of practical support, clinical care and professional assessment depending on their individual circumstances.

For participants with more complex needs, this allows Jasvelia to build a coordinated support team around the person rather than relying on a single type of service.
